Police: Ore. man tattooed girl's vagina with his name for her 15th birthday
CORVALLIS, Ore. - A man tattooed his name on the vaginal area of a 15-year-old girl while carrying on an illegal sexual relationship with the girl, a detective said in a sworn affidavit.
Matthew Abram Rader, 30, faces charges of third degree rape and sodomy; second degree online corruption of a minor; and a count of using a child in display of sexually explicit conduct.
The victim told police Rader gave her three tattoos - a butterfly with a skull on her neck, plus his name and a clover near her vagina - for her 15th birthday. Police think that means Rader and the girl started having sex when she was 14, according to the probable cause affidavit filed in Benton County Circuit Court.
However, the victim also told police she never told Rader her true age.
The investigation started in December 2012. Police interviewed the victim and reviewed dozens of pages of sexually explicit messages between her and Rader.
At one point, a detective assumed control of the victim's Facebook account with her permission and began communicating with Rader.
The detective, posing as the victim, asked Rader about nude photos the victim remembered Rader taking of her with a cell phone.
"Hey I was wondering if you still have those pics you took of me with your old cell phone???" the detective wrote. "Do you look at them often???"
The next day, Rader replied: "I don't have em or I would ... I need more."
"What kind of pics do you want???" the detective, posing as the girl, wrote back.
"I want full body pics, faces pics. I wann see your nipples and MY (vagina) baby," Rader replied, according to the affidavit. "After all ... my name IS on it."
Police took Rader into custody January 2, 2013. He has entered pleas of not guilty to all the charges against him.

LOL at this assumption. I am not the age whisperer. You aren't either. Sometimes a girl's age is obvious, but sometimes it is not. There are 18 year old girls who could pass for 14, and the opposite is sometimes true.
It would be wrong for a man to go to jail if he genuinely thought she was legal age.
This is so wrong and gross; however, the victim did say she never told the 30 yr. old guy her real age. The 30 year old is gross and probably knew she was too young and he basically "labeled" her as "his property". Ew.Â

UNFORTUNATELY, I can see how this could happen. When I was 12, men would hit on me because they thought I was older. I was a very mature girl and I looked much older than I was. He was just gross about the whole situation. And NO I am not condoning his behavior; however, I can see how he might have thought she was older.

The guy should go to prison and ...I don't know what for the girl - but there's no question she has some culpability in this, not to mention serious self respect issues. no it is bc most people are to lazy to blame themselves. FYI morals and ethics are taught at home not from strangers or the media. If morals have declined it is way more likely that the father and mother did a bad job in teaching them rather than some liberal being the blame. Also morality is a concept not an absolute- go to a Baptist, Methodist, catholic, CLDS, Morman, Jewish, Muslims, ect "place of worship" and you will find different morals at each one.

As the girl said, she didn't give the guy her real age.  I live in Santa Cruz, Ca., near the Boardwalk.  I see kids I know are 13 to 15 hanging out with adults.  The girls don't look like they are that young, they look like they are older and tell the guys they are going to UCSC.  They buy drugs from any of a number of spots around town.  A year ago, one of these girls got pregnant from  some motorcycle bum.  What is this guy supposed to do?  Check their I.D.?  Yeah, right.  They get into the Catalyst, a local bar, all the time on fake I.D.  They get stinking drunk and high on whatever drugs they can get out of a guy.  I told a guy dancing with one of them that she was only 14 and I almost got into a fight.  He thought I was trying to move in on her.  If this girl is up for tattoos on her vagina, you can't blame this guy.

This is why the parents of young girls must take responsibility for making sure they dress appropriately for their age and restrict make-up to according to age also. I have four daughters, the three of them over 12 years of age all could easily pass for 18 at age 11 if dressed older and makeup was applied. Dad and I taught them self respect, that sex does not equal love and that a man should love your brains and your soul before he's allowed access to your body AFTER you are over 18 and preferably after a wedding.

I agree with the jest of what you said, but I think you over look something- many of us are not looking for love nor do we want it. Sex doesn't equal love, but if you don't want love to begin with your statement falls flat. Many people only want the sex but do not want anything to do with love, or a relationship and that goes for both men and women.
She is no angel. Some of these girls look older than 18. I was with a little girl (age 11) at a picnic while her mother was working. These kids were hitting on her and she enjoyed it. I asked them, "Her mother would not appreciate you hitting on her. How old do you think she is?!" They responded, "at least 18." Then I asked, "How old do you think I am?" They responded, "At least 16." I said, "I am 22 and she is 12!" The boys apologized and left.
This little girl welcomed this kind of behavior from older boys/men who could not tell her age due to her make up and clothing. And she didn't care. It was flattering.
I know it is against the law to sexually interact with a minor but I think it is a shame these girls just have no respect for themselves and engage in illegal activity thus getting men in trouble.
