Prosecutor: Private investigator busts woman, teen having sex
CALDWELL, Idaho - A 34-year-old Middleton woman has been arrested after she allegedly had unprotected sex with a teen boy, officials say.
Canyon County Prosecutor Brian Taylor says Robin Hackney brought the teen boy to her house.
It's not clear how the two met, however, Taylor says family members of the teenager hired a private investigator who then caught them on video.
The alleged conduct took place for about a month - beginning in December. Hackney, who's been charged with felony lewd conduct with a child under the age of 16, is scheduled to be arraigned in court later Monday.
