Expert says there's no way jack lift failed as woman changed oil

MARSING, Idaho (KBOI) - An expert who testified before a grand jury said there was no way a jack failed on its own - leaving investigators to believe that Rodney Wayne Bibbey manually released the jack - pinning his wife under a vehicle.
Doug Emery, Owyhee County prosecutor, told KBOI 2News that the expert, who he can't identify, has "years" of experience in a related field.
Emery says the expert tested the hydraulic jack from the Bibbey residence repeatedly and could not get the jack to release on its own.
The expert testified that the jack was in perfect working order.
The grand jury agreed that there was enough evidence and indicted Rodney Bibbey for the murder of his wife.
Idaho State Police says Rodney, 37, was charged Monday morning for the first degree murder of his wife, Trina Bibbey, who died April 4 of last year. The 35-year-old woman died at her home near Marsing. Officials initially declared Trina's death an accident, but re-opened the case.
Emery also said Tuesday that Bibbey was charged with solicitation of a minor by the same grand jury. Court documents allege Bibbey asked a child questions about sexual intercourse while holding a sex toy.
Put him under a car with a sex toy in his hand then release the jack and let the car drop on him. This does two things. It gives justice to the victim, his wife whom he didn't deserve and it takes care of the other charge against him for solicitation of a minor. This is "due process".....it would sure save a lot of money down the road. His defense costs, housing cost (in jail now, prison later) , food to feed him, etc., A win win!Â

Where are all of these crazy's coming from,   never use to be this way, raised and been here since 1936, we had tough times, still coming out of the depression and going into WW11,  husbands never did this to their wives, nor go around smoking their bill, and trying to kill or beat up everybody else. A tire jack can slip, Its happened while changing my tire. So who really knows what happened but as for the pedo stuff put him away
Trina was a sweet woman who spoke so highly of her family and loved them so much. I just can't even believe she is gone at the hands of her own husband. It just makes me so sick and for their to be any misconduct with the kids would have devastated her as she loved them so much. RIP Trina

I've heard of jacks slipping/releasing, not sure if they are talking of the same thing. Maybe they should test the jack to be absolutely sure.
