BOISE, Idaho -- With a 21-10 record, the Boise State Broncos are headed for Ohio for a First Four game in the NCAA tournament.

The No. 13 seed Broncos, selected as an at-large team for the first time, will take on fellow No. 13 seed La Salle at the University of Dayton. Tip-off is set for 7:10 p.m. Wednesday (March 20).

The winner of the first four game advances face Kansas State in Kansas City.

Four other Mountain West teams were announced in the tournament on Selection Sunday; Colorado State, San Diego State, University of Las Vegas and New Mexico.

The announcement comes after a tough loss in the Mountain West quarterfinals to San Diego State.

La Salle's Explorers (21-9) lost 69-58 to Butler in the Atlantic 10 quarterfinals on Friday but got in on the strength of regular-season wins over fellow NCAA qualifiers Villanova and Butler.
