Single car rollover crash near Burley kills Blackfoot woman

BURLEY, Idaho (KBOI) - Idaho State Police are investigating a one vehicle rollover crash that left a Blackfoot woman dead Saturday morning.

The crash happened shortly after 10:00 a.m. on I-86 just east of Burley. According to police, 32-year-old Cameron Diaz lost control of her car, and rolled several times.

Officers say there were three children in the car at the time. Police said witnesses were able to remove two of the children from the car, while Diaz and the third child had to be extricated from the car by emergency crews.

Diaz died from her injuries on scene. The three children were taken to Cassia Regional Medical Center in Burley. Police say everyone was wearing their seat belt.
