IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (AP) — Three men implicated for roles in the Christmas Day stabbing death of a 20-year-old man in Ammon have pleaded not guilty.
KIFI-TV reports 18-year-old Brent Pongyan and Derek Perez along with 45-year-old Adan Cisneros were arraigned Tuesday on aggravated battery charges before 7th District Judge Dane Watkins Jr. All were ordered to stand trial on April 10.
Prosecutors have charged 19-year-old Joseph Manuel Chavez with second-degree murder in the death of Buck Garner. Chavez is scheduled for arraignment on Feb. 14.
