Woman changing oil was murdered, prosecutors say

MARSING, Idaho (KBOI) - At first glance, police say the death of a 35-year-old Marsing woman was accidental.
After closer inspection, however, police say the April 2012 death was murder.
Doug Emergy, Owyhee County prosecutor, said Bibbey was found dead at her home. When investigators arrived, they found her pinned under a vehicle.
Someone at the home told officials that Bibbey was changing the oil when the jack slipped and the car fell. It appeared at the time to be accidental.
Emery said there's evidence that it might be homicide. He wouldn't clarify further.
On Thursday, Idaho State Police said detectives are looking for information into the death of Trina Bibbey as they now believe she was murdered. Investigators have several leads in the case. ISP is also working with officials in Owyhee County.
Anyone with information into Bibbey and her death you're asked to call 208-846-7500.

I commend the Canyon County prosecuters office and the investagation team that investgated Mrs. Bibbey's death. Any one who has comitted the crime of unlawfully killing a person (especially) with malice aforethought should be brought to justice and punished by our justice system and sentenced to "Life in Prison" with-out parole or given the "Death Sentence". I never new Mrs. Bibbey personally but have heard so many good things about her from friends of hers that it was just a tragedy that something like this had to happen to such a well thought about individual. I'm sure it's heart-breaking to all that knew her and she will be greatly missed.
I send out my condolence and prayers to all the family.....and mostly her childen......May God "Bless them all"Â
I'd like to stand corrected on the agency that is investigating Mrs. Bibbey case.......I'm sorry, I indicated that "I commended the Canyon County prosecutors office" but I ment " I commend the Owyhee County" prosecuters office.......... Â
