Wash. ice cream truck driver sentenced for exposing self to girl, 13

KENNEWICK, Wash. (AP) - A Kennewick ice cream truck driver convicted of exposing himself to a 13-year-old girl was sentenced Monday to eight months in jail.

The Tri-City Herald reports the 42-year-old Maximino Castillo-Murcia cried as he told the Benton County Superior Court judge he was wrongly convicted.

His family says the girl lied about the incident last April at Monopoly Park because he disapproved of a crush he believed she had on his 19-year-old son.

Judge Carrie Runge said the girl's testimony was more credible.
