SUNNYVALE, Calif. - Yahoo's websites were the most visited sites in the country in July, beating out Google for the first time since 2011, CNN reports.

According to ComScore's monthly report, Yahoo sites had more than 196 million unique visitors last month - or about 4 million more than Google sites had.

Unique site visits for Yahoo were also up 20 percent over the same time last year, when Yahoo was third in the rankings behind Google and Microsoft.
