College of Idaho wins 2nd match at NAIA nationals
The College of Idaho volleyball team improved to 2-0 in pool play at the NAIA National Championship tournament Wednesday in Sioux City, Iowa with a 3-1 victory over rival Lewis-Clark State.

Cicily Fox led the Yotes attack with 12 kills, Kathryn Ely added another 11. Whitney Owen set a new College of Idaho record with 41 digs in the match.

The Yotes dropped the first set 21-25, but responded to take the next three sets and the victory.

8-ranked College of Idaho now faces 5-ranked Azusa Pacific University in the final round of pool play on Thursday at 6:45 MST.
