BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Anthony Drmic scored 21 of his 23 points in the second half to lead Boise State to a 77-65 victory over Air Force on Wednesday night.

Jeff Elorriaga scored 14 of his 17 points in the first half and made five of the Broncos' 10 3-point baskets. Derrick Marks added 11 points and nine assists for Boise State (17-8, 5-6 Mountain West).

Todd Fletcher scored 14 points and Taylor Broekhuis added 11 for the Falcons. Air Force (15-10, 6-6) standout Michael Lyons, who scored a career-best 45 points in the Falcons' loss to Colorado State on Feb. 16, had only 10 points on 2-of-9 shooting.

Elorriaga had 14 first-half points as Boise State took a 35-34 halftime lead.

The Broncos began the second half by making their first six field-goal attempts during an 18-4 surge to take a 15-point lead on Drmic's 3-pointer with 15:23 to play.

Boise State's largest lead was 21.

The Broncos opened the game strongly with 11 straight points including three 3-pointers by Elorriaga. He drained a fourth one to give Boise State a 16-6 advantage just 5:20 into the contest. Air Force answered back by rolling off 10 straight points to take its first lead at 19-18 on a 3-pointer by Fletcher. Marks' layup with 7:56 left in the half tied the game at 22 and the Falcons never led again.

Lyons had a frustrating game as Boise State pestered him defensively and was quick to double-team him when he received the ball. Lyons had 37 points when Air Force posted a 91-80 victory over the Broncos on Jan. 19.

Lyons scored his only second-half points on two free throws with 8:04 to play.

It's the 10th time this season Drmic has scored 20-points or more and he was 6-of-7 from the field in the second half. He drained three 3-pointers during the opening spurt of the second half.

Thomas Bropleh scored 10 points, including a 3-pointer which gave Boise State its biggest lead at 66-45 with 10:30 remaining.

The Broncos shot 53.7 percent from the field and committed just six turnovers. Marks' nine assists match his career high.
