Broncos prep for conference play
BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - The Boise State basketball team picked up ten wins during their non-conference schedule including a pair in Hawai'i during the Diamond Head Classic, but the Mountain West is bound to provide even more competition.

Sure, it might not be the same league that ranked third in RPI last season, or sent five teams to the NCAA Tournament, but Coach Rice says it's still the Mountain West.

"It's one of the toughest leagues as far as home court advantages, so it's not like it got any easier. Maybe it's not gonna get five teams (into the NCAA Tournament) but it's a gonna be just an absolute crusade to get road wins, to get any wins," said head coach Leon Rice.

"Yeah, we've just gotta attack each game one at a time, and you can't overlook any games because any team can win on any given night. All these teams are talented, and all these teams play hard so we've just gotta focus on them one game at a time, and we'll be right where we want to be," added senior center Ryan Watkins.

The place to be on Saturday night is Taco Bell Arena. Boise State and Fresno State tip at 7 pm (MT) and you can watch it live on ESPN3.
