BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - The Boise State men's basketball team is still pretty young, ten underclassmen on the 2012-13 squad. But five of them are sophomores who payed together last year, and head coach Leon Rice says that's makes all the difference in preparation for this season.

"In practices, we've been able to sort through it a little bit more, because those guys are together more. You know, last year you're changing the teams up quite a bit, and you're moving guys around, and then an injury and you're moving more guys around. Now we've got a group that's practiced together for 30 days, and they kind of are playing well together," said Coach Rice.

The Broncos took care of Saint Martin's in the exhibition opener. Their season opener is set for Sunday November 10, against Texas Southern at Taco Bell Arena.
