The Northwest Nazarene University women's basketball team edges College of Idaho 65-62, on Tuesday, November 13 at J.A. Albertson Activities Center in Caldwell, Idaho.
CALDWELL, Idaho – Kylie Hardison missed a game-tying three pointer at the buzzer, as Northwest Nazarene hung on for a 65-62 victory over The College of Idaho inside the J.A. Albertson Activities Center.

The Crusaders (3-0) withstood a 20-2 C of I run midway through the second half, as the hosts built a 53-46 lead. NNU responded, taking the lead for good on a Kylee Schiermann three with six minutes to play, then withstood a pair of game-tying tries in the final seconds.

Chelsie Luke led NNU with 17 points, with Megan Hingston scoring 13 points and adding six rebounds. NNU forced 20 turnovers and held a 48-39 rebound margin.

The Lady Yotes, who played the game as an exhibition, got 12 points from Chakala Carthen and 10 from Felicity Jones – but fell to their rivals for the sixth-straight time (five of the games exhibitions).
