Steelheads have home ice for Western Conference Finals
The fourth-seeded Stockton Thunder defeated top seed Alaska in the ECHL's Western Conference semifinals, giving 2-seed Idaho the home ice advantage in the Western Conference finals.

Idaho announced the best-of-seven playoff schedule Wednesday - including a 5:10 Sunday start for game two because of a scheduling conflict at CenturyLink Arena. Saturday night is the 'True Grit and Glitter' roller derby.

Stockton won three of five regular season games with Idaho, but only one of those games was played in Boise. The teams have met once in the Western Conference Finals; Idaho beat Stockton four games to two before losing in the Kelly Cup Finals to Cincinnati.
