Two-Headed quarterback attack in Moscow

Two-Headed quarterback attack in Moscow
MOSCOW, Idaho (KBOI) - Vandal fans are happy to a see Gem State grown quarterback leading their favorite team. Chad Chalich has been the man to beat since Spring ball, but transfer Josh McCain has sniped snaps in both games.

So, Coach Petrino, is there a quarterback competition in Moscow?

"No, Chad's the starter. There's no competing, Chad's the starter, Josh is just gonna come in and play. I think they're two guys that care greatly about how the team does, and compete their tails off, and show toughness. So, I think we've gotta have two tough guys out on the field. So I think we've gotta have a chance to have them both help compete for us to win," said Paul Petrino.

It's a two-headed attack at quarterback. We'll see how well it works in Idaho's home opener Saturday against Northern Illinois. Kickoff is scheduled for 3 pm (MTN) at the Kibbie Dome.
