Bronco softball ready to play spoiler
BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - Boise State softball is down to its final three games of the season. The Broncos can finish as high as second in the Mountain West Conference, but that won't be good enough to earn a spot in the NCAA Tournament.

Nevada comes to Boise a game ahead of the Broncos in the conference standings. The Wolfpack leads the Mountain in nearly every offensive category, and are still alive in the hunt for a conference title. That means the Broncos have a chance to play spoiler this week.

"Usually, that's what you're playing for in your last series. Obviously, we still want to win, but i'm just looking to really have fun and kind of take it in as my last games," said senior outfielder Holly Bourke.

"We're really focusing on being able to spoil something for nevada, and getting ourselves prepared and get us momentum going into next year," added head coach Erin Thorpe.

First pitch at Dona Larsen Park is 3 pm Thursday and Friday. Senior Day gets going a little earlier on Saturday with a 1 pm start. Admission is just two dollars for the softball season finale.
