CCC Title & bid to the Tourney, but Coach Garson wants more
CALDWELL, Idaho (KBOI) - The College of Idaho Coyotes continues to impress. The Yotes clinched the Cascade Collegiate Conference over the weekend, and got the automatic bid to the NAIA National Tournament that comes along with it.

For head coach Scott Garson, that's only the beginning of what he expects from his first Coyote basketball team.

"Yeah, we X that off the list, but now we're playing for something great. We are expecting to be in the top five in the country when the new polls come out tomorrow. We were number six last week, and number three and five both lost. So now it's, can we stay at that high level so we get a high seed in the tournament.

"Like I said, winning's a habit, and we don't want to create a habit of losing right now. We've won ten in a row, we want to win these home games, we've won every game at home this year," said Coach Garson.

The Yotes have two more regular season home games this weekend, and Garson says he expects a huge turnout for Senior Night on Saturday.
