It took the Boise State football team seven weeks to get back into the top 25, but the Broncos are also now in the BCS picture.

Don't get too excited because it's still a long shot, but in the latest BCS Standings, released Sunday afternoon, Boise State comes in at #22.

As we know from last year, in order for the Broncos to go to a BCS bowl, they need to be ranked in the top 12 of the final BCS Standings, or the top 16 but ranked ahead of a BCS conference champion.

Neither of those scenarios looks likely, at least not yet.

Hawai'i is 14th in the BCS and former Vandal coach Dennis Erickson has Arizona State 4th.
