An inch of new snow and 20-degree temperatures welcomed over 190 volunteers today for “National Trails Day” at Bogus Basin. Pictures #2 and #7 are of the front side (Deer Point) and #11 and #14 are of the backside (Superior) side of the mountain. Gorgeous falls colors set against a background of white, first snow.
The national weather forecast calls for a wetter than normal and cooler than normal winter for the Northwest Rocky Mountain Region.
