My wife and I decided to take a picnic lunch and head for Silver City. We hadn't been for a few years and found the road much improved and the town inviting and lovely as always. Looking for a nice day trip, scenic historic town, good meal at the hotel or buying souvenirs... take the 1.5 hour trip and have a great day.
