These two photographs were taken of a Boing 727 parked on a small tarmac south of Gowan road! The first picture labeled DSC01310.jpg is one taken from the entrance to the Outlet Mall on Eisenman Road looking west and the 2nd picture was taken from Production road looking south across Gowan road.
Maybe you can find out how the plane got there. There is no runway visable from up the Eisenmen Road near I-84 or from Pleasant Valley road.

For training indeed...and to be fair to the largest airplane maufacturing company in the world, it's spelled "Boeing"....

That is actually the city's training plane. They use it for emergency training for the fire department mostly. The plane was donated by FedEx a little while ago.
