About Half way to Totality

Lunar Eclipse 12/10/2011

The inversion along the horizon restricted viewing of the moon when it finally reached a total eclipse around 7:30 this morning. These shots show a few of the different phases of the eclipse as it neared totality. It's amazing how long it takes from beginning to end--over 2 hours.
