The "storm drain" at the corner of Lucky and Fortune Lanes is "inoperative" (read plugged up), if anyone knows who the tenants of the apartment complex can turn to for help with this problem, please contact me at: K7DFA@yahoo.com or: (208) 853-0035! The Landlords who own this complex have either given up on getting this problem fixed, or have never attempted to fix it!!! KBOI 2 Truth Squad?!?!
