On my walk. Approx $:15 I noticed heavy smoke to the West. As I walked West On Ustick rd. The Nampa & Units were responding. As I arrived at the Intersection of Ustick & Middleton The Nampa police arrived to seal off West bound Ustick toward Caldwell. I was able to see a line of 15 individual fires firm South i Nampa to the North & West thru Caldwell. It appeared to follow the railroad tracks. Not long after The police arrived at the intersection, Middleton Fire Unit went by my location.(4:30pm)
