This is a photo of Lilian Hostetler and her friends taking a stand against. Lily is Miss Northern Idaho's Outstanding Teen 2013 and has made this her platform. Bullying is something she has experienced first hand and is very motivated to help spread awareness for this in Idaho. The picture was taken at the Unity Bridge in Weiser, Id.
