This was my Dad's life long dream to go to Alaska and catch a Halibut. He did just that in June I took him to Seward for a Birthday present and he caught the weeks record a 105 pound Halibut. We went out with Pro -Fish -N Sea charter boat and caught a monster. I am John Aultman His son that took him and just wanted to send this in so he could see it on t.v. Thanks for reading -call me at 890-8388 if you need any other info.

In our opinion that's a great trophy. But these wonderful fish should be photographed and thrown back, you have ended the life of a creature That was just minding it's own business. It has the right to live. Thank you

Anyone who thinks this is cool should try to imagine having a giant hook perforate their body and be drug many yards against extreme pressures just to then lay outside the ability to breath for hours while struggling to find death. Congratulations!

What a bunch of vegetarian BS. God put fish and animals on this earth to feed his people. Maybe you should condemn Jesus Christ for feeding the flocks of people when he told them to cast their nets into the sea. What a nice catch.

Woooo-hoooo! I bet that baby put up a good fight! I remember pulling Halibut not more than 1/2 that size out of New Port bay in CA and they were the most fun fish to catch because of the challenge. Wish I'd been there just to watch! Good eat'n too.
