This 15' scarecrow was the result of a Donnelly farmer and the staff at the Ashley Inn working together. The town of Cascade put out a challenge to build scarecrows for the festival Oct 18th. But small bales of hay were hard to find. That's what started this idea. "Mr. Ashley Inn" is all ready to go a courtin' with his bouquet for his girl, bowtie all fixed and a sunflower for his boutonniere.
