Officers nab wanted suspect after police chase in Caldwell
CALDWELL, Idaho (KBOI) - A man wanted by police engaged in a police chase Tuesday afternoon in Caldwell.

Caldwell Police says an officer recognized Marco Sedano, 23, who has arrest warrants. When the officer tried to stop Sedano, police say he fled in a vehicle.

Caldwell Police officers pursued Sedano from the downtown Caldwell area through a neighborhood south and west of the West Valley Medical Center.

Sedano, officers say, ran several stop signs and drove erratically as he fled. Sedano finally stopped and surrendered in the 400 block of west Ash St.

CPD says his passenger, Cynthia Serrano, was encouraging him to flee from officers. She, too, had arrest warrants.

Three children were inside the vehicle during the pursuit.

Sedano has been charged with eluding, injury to a child and driving without privileges. Serrano has been booked on aiding and abetting as well as injury to a child.
