Horrible Allergy Season Lies Ahead

BOISE, Idaho - This year's relatively warm winter is expected to cause one of the worst allergy seasons across the country in recent memory.

Less snow cover is already causing high pollen counts in places like North Carolina and Georgia. While the the Southeast is expected to get the worst of it, higher than usual pollen counts are expected all across the country. That's according to Dr. William Reisacher of Cornell Medical Center.

Tips to battle those sniffles and sneezes:
-avoid early morning outdoor activities
-close windows in the morning
-change clothes and shower after going outdoors
-take medicine before symptoms arise
