Boise man busted for felony DUI, blew .30, BPD says
BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - A 25-year-old Boise man is facing a felony driving under the influence charge.

Boise Police says officers were called out to a fight in the street near Pawnee Drive and Zuni street late Friday at about 11:55 p.m.

Police were looking for the suspect, identified as Wesley Gilbert, driving a pickup near Zuni Street east of Dalton Lane. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and blew a .30/.30 at the Ada County Jail, BPD says.

Police say Gilbert has prior convictions for DUI, which made this weekend's charge a felony. BPD says Gilbert is not facing any charges for the fight. He's currently booked in the Ada County Jail.
