Boise PD hopes to hire 15 new officers in 2013

BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - Need a job? Boise Police said Tuesday that it's hoping to hire about 15 new officers this year.

It's the first time since 2009 the department is testing for entry level, non-certified officer candidates. The new hires will fill positions open due to retirements. | APPLY NOW

The Boise Police Department is made up of approximately 400 employees, 312 sworn police officers and a civilian support staff of 80.
