BLISS, Idaho (KBOI) - Idaho State Police is investigating a single vehicle crash on I-84 that killed a Nampa woman Sunday afternoon.
The crash happened just after 12:00 p.m. on westbound I-84 near the Bliss rest area. Deputies say 62-year-old Hazel Perry, of Nampa, was driving a 2002 Mercury Mountaineer when she went off the road into the median, then went off the right shoulder, hit an embankment and rolled.
ISP says Perry was wearing her seatbelt, but she died of her injuries on scene.
The crash is still under investigation.
