BOISE, Idaho — Idaho Gov. Butch Otter signed into law Tuesday a bill that will evict Occupy Boise protesters camped out on state property and across from the Idaho Capitol.

Protesters set up the campground back in November.

Otter wrote in a letter...

"I will be communicating with the leadership and attorney from "Occupy Boise" to let them know that I have received and signed the bill and provide that they have a deadline of 5 p.m. On Monday, Feb. 27 to vacate the impacted state properties."
