ISP: Florida man had 106 lbs of pot in his car
BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - Idaho State Police say they have arrested a 39-year-old Florida man after they found 106 lbs of marijuana in his car.
Police say they pulled over Kennard Mueller, of Jacksonville, Florida, for a traffic violation on Interstate 84 near Fruitland Wednesday evening.
ISP says a Payette County drug-sniffing dog alerted them to the odor of drugs.
After searching the vehicle, police say they found bags of marijuana with a total weight of 106 lbs.
Police believe Mueller was transporting the marijuana from Washington to Illinois.
Mueller was arrested and charged with felony drug trafficking.
