Tall slender man demands money at gas station
BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) -- Boise police are looking for a man they said robbed a Jackson's on the corner of Maple Grove and Ustick Road around 2:30 Wednesday morning.

Officers said a man over six feet tall and a slender build walked into the Jackson's, demanded money and left after taking an unknown amount of cash.

Officers surrounded the area quickly after the employee of the store called 911, but could not find the man.

Travis Brown delivers papers to the neighborhood behind the Jackson's and said this morning was nerve racking seeing officers covering the streets.

"I think I saw this officer, might have been another one. There was a road block on the other side, came around the corner, there was another road block and then from there, all the way through these back neighborhoods there were just road blocks. Basically they were just spot lighting people looking for suspicious characters."

Brown said he comes into this Jackson's daily and walked in today, more nervous than other days.
