The Idaho State Police says 23-year-old Amador Cortinas was westbound on Idaho Highway 19 at about 3:30 a.m. Friday when his car veered into the oncoming lane, colliding with a sport utility vehicle driven by 23-year-old Jacob C. Andersen of Caldwell.
