my first winter with my dog

I have had many dogs living in Mountain Home Idaho but in 2009 I got a minature Austrailian Shepherd named blue one morning after our first snow of the year I took her out for a walk and she went nuts over the snow. She is a year old so i know that she had seen snow but everytime it snow it this same reaction
